At PocketHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged upon delivery.

  • The item received is different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refund requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product

  • Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery
